With original receipt
If the product you have purchased from HaldiVita is damaged, inedible or expired, we will refund the money or exchange the product.
HaldiVita reserves the right to have the product assessed for acceptable quality prior to providing you with a suitable remedy.
To claim your money back under return policy, you must provide us with a valid receipt and notify us within 24 hours of purchase. You will be provided with a refund or exchange.
Without original receipt
HaldiVita reserves the right to deny a refund or an exchange without proof of purchase or after proper verification of purchase of product from HaldiVita and if the purchase is verified we may or may not return the product depending on condition of product or other relevant factors.
In case of change of mind that you don’t’ want to buy the product.
In addition to claims for defective or expired product, we will happily provide a refund using your original payment method or exchange where you have changed your mind, provided you return the product to us unopened, in its original packaging and with a valid receipt within 24 hours of purchase.
Here in case of change of mind for product and you want a new product instead of your old product then logistics cost will be borne by customer and this cost will be included in new ordered product.
Change of mind but original receipt is not there.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange for a change of mind when there is no original receipt.
